  • you have made an overpayment on your mortgage or have changed mortgage provider
  • any of the details on your policy schedule are incorrect, or if you feel we have made some kind of mistake

Please note that your RateGuard policy features automatic claims, so:

  • you don’t need to contact us if your interest rate has been changed by your current mortgage provider
  • you don’t need to contact us if you have a claim
